Meet Olivia Mendoza Golden, Realtor®
Born in Dumas, Texas, and raised in Sunray, Olivia Mendoza Golden is proud to call the Texas Panhandle home. She is a devoted mother to two children, Christina and Michael, and a proud grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren—one grandson and six granddaughters—who are the heart of her family.
At the age of 30, Olivia pursued her dream of higher education and became a Certified Surgical Technologist. For the past 29 years, she has dedicated her career to caring for others, working alongside some of the most specialized medical teams, including Heart & Neuro, Orthopedics, and several other surgical specialties. For the last five years, she has proudly served families in Labor & Delivery, helping welcome new life into the world. Her compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others have been the foundation of her career.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Olivia also earned her Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and spent time driving cross-country as part of a team. Her diverse life experiences have given her a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Real estate has always been a passion of Olivia’s, and she is excited to combine her love of serving others with helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, tending to her flower gardens, dancing, camping, fishing, and traveling. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed, and one of her greatest dreams is to continue exploring the world while helping others find a place they are proud to call home.
